Trip 2013 Huston and San Antonio

Well after leaving Kinder, LA we ran into a downpour, it rained so hard that we could hardly see anything in front of us, but we drove on and out of the rain.  There was not too much to see on the interstate but we did take a few pictures.  We arrived in Houston,TX and got set up at the Lake View Campground, of course we had to eat so we stopped at Pappasito's Cantina, which of course it was a Mexican Restaurant.  We left Lake View at 7:30am and had to fight with the traffic, Houston drivers do not give you a chance to change lanes so we had to drive a little aggressively.  We arrived in San Antonio where we went to see the Alamo, Riverwalk, and San Mission of San Jose, lots of the freeways, the GPS made a little mistake but we did find our way to the campground, an hour later.

Trip 2013 Kinder, LA

Well today we left Aviation Arbor RV Park at Navel Air Station Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, LA on the way to Kinder, LA it was a 200 mile trip. Along the way we crossed many long bridges and swamp land, the road was not the best with lots of bumps. We didn't take too many pictures on this trip and did see something that peeked our interest, you have to see the pictures and help us find the answer!

                                                                  the bridges

graveyard with the graves on top

                                                                 more bridges
                                                                    just a reminder

can you guess what this is!

                                                                      we got there!
